so. we have liz. sitting idly. stacks of homework abound. as do pencils. will she, in fact, get around to doing any of this hubbub? is she really the sort of person who can get away with saying "hubbub" in a sentence, or is she just fooling herself?

i am writing a series of poems about the garden of eden from eve's perspective. it's amazing how reading a hugely familiar story from the slant of a wholly real person can change the meaning for you. or else, me. because really, that's the subject of this little story.

i also decided to declare english. it's about stinking time. sheesh. remember when i was going to go to art school? i think we can all breathe easier knowing i'm not there. i am neither cool enough, nor do i have the capacity to tolerate pot enough for art school. it will have to remain a wayward dream. hm. i think i'm okay with that.
